Nine Countries Confirmed Participation in WNG 2016 in One Week period
In the past week, another nine countries sent applications for participation in the Second World Nomad Games. They are: Estonia, India, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Sri Lanka, and Ukraine.
As of August 3rd, in total 29 countries confirmed their participation, including Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, China, Colombia, Guatemala, Ecuador, Estonia, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Mongolia, the Netherlands, Pakistan, Peru, Poland, Russia (including Bashkortostan, Karachay-Cherkessia, Sverdlovsk, and Chelyabinsk), Slovakia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, and USA.
Applications for participation at the WNG 2016 are still opened to apply.
Reference: In agreement with the Provision about the Execution of the Second World Nomad Games, final applications for participation in the sports competitions must be sent by participating countries before August 7th, 2016.
The Second World Nomad Games will take place at Lake Issyk-Kul from September 3-8 of this year. Competitions in 23 different kinds of sports will take place, as well as events in horse racing, martial arts, traditional archery, traditional hunting, and traditional intellectual games.
