Visa

All participants of the 3rd World Nomad Games taking part in sports, cultural and scientific events as well as in the coverage of the 3rd WNG, will be provided with visas and visa support letters free of charge:
- in diplomatic missions of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad (embassies and consulates),
- at the visa office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic at the Manas International Airport (upon arrival)
- or via the Internet portal www.evisa.e-gov.kg  (electronic visa).

Visas will be issued in the category of "business" valid for three months with the possibility of staying up to 30 days. Business visa (type "B") is issued to an applicant who enters the Kyrgyz Republic for business purposes, to participate in negotiations, conferences and meetings, sports events organized by state and local governments, international organizations and legal entities for up to 90 days.

For registration of a "business" visa you need to provide the following documents:
- a copy of the travel document (passport);
- a written invitation from the state government of the Kyrgyz Republic or a written invitation from a legal entity registered in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic (with the indication of the staying duration) with the attachment of documents attesting to the business nature of the trip;
- color photo on a white background in the size 35х45 mm;
- completed visa application form.

Citizens of foreign countries who are on the list of foreign states with a simplified visa regime are able to obtain a "business" visa of the Kyrgyz Republic on the basis of a personal application. Citizens of foreign countries who are not subject to a simplified visa regime need registration of visa support through the Department of Consular Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic. Electronic Visa to the Kyrgyz Republic

The “Electronic Visa” system allows citizens of all foreign countries to obtain entry-exit visas for the Kyrgyz Republic for up to 90 days via the Internet without the need to apply to diplomatic missions or consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, as well as to visa points at international checkpoints across the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In order to receive an “Electronic Visa” for a foreign citizen, it is necessary to fill out a special form on the Internet site www.Evisa.e-gov.kg , specify contact details and information on the planned trip to Kyrgyzstan, in addition upload the necessary documents.

The term of consideration of applications for “Electronic Visa” takes three working days. Payment of consular fees is made through bank payment cards "Visa" and "MasterCard. In accordance with the decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, participants of the Third World Nomad Games will be provided with visas and visa support free of charge if there is a written application for a business visa from the Secretariat of the Third World Nomad Games.

A notice of the issue or refusal to issue an “Electronic Visa” is sent to the e-mail specified in the application. While receiving a visa in electronic format, the system provides a link to the "Electronic Visa" site, where it is possible to print an “Electronic Visa” with a special QR code read using mobile applications on smartphones.

Foreign citizens who have received an “Electronic Visa” need to enter and leave Kyrgyzstan without having a visa sticker in the travel document through international checkpoints across the state border of the Kyrgyz Republic.

If necessary, it is possible to check the presence of an “Electronic Visa”, its category, validity and multiplicity by scanning a special QR code on the printed version of the “Electronic Visa”.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic draws attention to the fact that foreign citizens intending to visit Kyrgyzstan have the opportunity to obtain visas both in electronic format via the "Electronic Visa" system and in the standard version by applying to diplomatic missions or consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad or visa points at international checkpoints across the State border of Kyrgyzstan.
