Participants of Organisation of Islamic Cooperation Forum were invited to III World Nomad Games

During IVth Annual session and international conference Broadcasting Regulatory Authorities Forum (IBRAF) held by Organisation of Islamic Cooperation  from 19 till 20 of February of 2018 in Republic Benin (Western Africa), participating countries were invited to the III World Nomad Games.

                       

Ainura Temirbekova, Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of KR, has presented Kyrgyz Republic on the international Broadcasting Regulatory Authorities Forum.

In her speech,  Ainura Temirbekova, Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism of KR, highlighted the fact that Kyrgyzstan is the only country of Central Asia switch to digital television and radio broadcasting and is leading among states of the region by free press index.

While giving the speech Ainura Temirbekova has noted that the topic of the conference The role of media in countering terrorism and islamophobia is actual for Kyrgyzstan. She added, that media should approach to the issue responsibly, professionally and ethically.

Also, Ainura Temirbekova noted, that the propaganda of national culture, history and traditions is an effective instrument to solve the issue. Therefore, Kyrgyzstan is holding World Nomad Games for the third time aiming to expand ethnocultural movement in  the world.  

Besides the main speech, Deputy Minister Ainura Temirbekova presented to the Forum participants, the most dimensioned international project of the Kyrgyz Republic - the World Nomad Games by showing the presentation video.

                      

More than 20 member-states of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation participated in the IVth annual session of IBRAF, including Kyrgyzstan, Turkey, Afghanistan, Arabic states and African countries like Gambia, Comoros, Mauritius, Mozambique, Senegal, Sierra-Leone, Somalia, Togo and others.

The event was supported by Supreme Body for Audiovisual and Communication Technologies of Benin Republic.
