The government has formed operational staff to provide safety and security at the World Nomad Games

By a directive of Sooronbai Jeenbekov, the Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan dated 27 June 2016: formed the operational staff for the maintenance of public security and public safety during preparation and holding of the Second World Nomad Games.

The operational staff tasked with the maintenance of public safety and security during the World Nomad Games, as well as coordination of forces and means of the ministries, administrative departments, other government agencies and organizations involved in ensuring public order and security.

The composition of the operational staff:

• Dzhunushaliev Kashkar Astakanovich - Minister of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the head of the operational staff;
• Mamasadykov Rustam Alaybekovich - Deputy Chairman of the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deputy head of the operational staff;
• Musakeev Damir Sagyndykovich - Head of the National Security Service of the State Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, the deputy head of the operational staff.

The members of the operational staff:

• Sydygaliev Nurbek Omurbekovich - Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Toymatov Samat Shakievich - Head of medical care and drug control policy of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Osoev Erkinbek Arstanbekovich - Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Kaykiev Emil Abdykalyevich - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Duyshenaliev Nurbek Makibaevich - Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for the Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Imaev Mirbek Kozhobekovich - Chief of General Staff - First Deputy Commander of the National Guard of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Berdaliev Shamil Shamshievich - Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Zhaparov Talaybek Toktalievich - Deputy Chairman of the State Penitentiary Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Kasymov Zhenishbek Abdilovich - Deputy Chairman of the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Isakov Kurmanbek Baydalievich - Deputy Chairman of the State Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic;
• Militsky Gennady A. - Vice Mayor of Bishkek (by agreement);
• Sultanaliev Turuspek Omorovich - First Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Chui region;
• Monoldorov Damir Cherikovich - Deputy Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in Issyk-Kul region.
